These terms govern your use of the 34ok platform. By creating an account or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full.

1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 34ok ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). 3. Account Registration and Security

All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete. Providing false or misleading registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 34ok login credentials, including your password. You must not disclose your password to any third party under any circumstances. KYC Verification
34ok may, at its sole discretion and at any time, require the Player to complete identity verification (KYC) procedures. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time after request may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal functionality or permanent account closure.
Account Closure by Player
You may request the closure of your 34ok account at any time by contacting support. Before closing, any remaining balance that meets the minimum withdrawal threshold will be processed to your registered payment method. Accounts subject to active bonus wagering requirements may not be eligible for immediate withdrawal of the entire balance at time of closure.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
34ok accepts deposits denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Deposits are credited to your 34ok wallet upon confirmation of receipt. Minimum and maximum deposit thresholds apply and are displayed at the point of transaction within the platform. 34ok does not charge a processing fee on deposits, though your mobile money provider may apply standard network charges.
Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification status and adherence to applicable wagering requirements on any active bonuses. 34ok aims to process approved withdrawal requests promptly. Inactive Account Policy
An account is considered inactive if it has not recorded any login, deposit, withdrawal, or gameplay activity for a continuous period of 12 months. 34ok may apply an inactivity administration fee to dormant accounts after this period. You will be notified by email or SMS before any such fee is applied. Reactivating the account by logging in will stop any inactivity fee from being charged.
Currency and Exchange
All account balances and transactions on 34ok are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 34ok does not process deposits or withdrawals in foreign currencies. Any foreign currency transactions attempted via a payment provider will be converted to BDT by that provider at their applicable rate, which is outside 34ok's control.
5. Bonuses and Promotions
34ok may from time to time offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and other incentive schemes to eligible players. The availability and terms of each promotion are set out in the specific promotion's terms, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion's terms shall take precedence for matters relating to that promotion.
All bonuses credited to a 34ok account are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. Players are strongly advised to read and understand the applicable wagering requirements and time limits before opting in to any promotion.
One Bonus Per Offer:Each promotional offer may only be claimed once per player per household unless otherwise explicitly stated. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times will result in cancellation of the duplicate bonus and may trigger a full account review.
Wagering Requirements:Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any withdrawal is possible. The rollover multiplier applicable to each promotion is stated in that promotion's specific terms. Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated validity period or the bonus and associated winnings will be forfeited.
Bonus Expiry:All bonuses carry an expiry date. Bonus funds and associated free spins that are not used or wagered within the validity period will be automatically removed from the account. 34ok is not obligated to provide advance notice of bonus expiry beyond the original promotion terms.
Abuse and Misuse:34ok actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to collusion, arbitrage betting, low-risk qualifying strategies, and the use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion. Any player found engaging in bonus abuse may have their bonus and associated winnings voided and their account permanently closed.
6. Gameplay and Fair Play
All games available on 34ok use certified random number generator (RNG) technology, which ensures that game outcomes are entirely random and not influenced by the platform, the player's previous results, or any external factor. The RNG systems used by 34ok's game providers are independently audited by recognised testing laboratories.
Technical malfunctions during gameplay void all related bets and payouts. If a game round is interrupted by a technical fault on the 34ok platform or a game provider's system, and the incomplete round cannot be reconstructed, the stake placed for that round will be returned to the player. Winnings generated during a provably malfunctioning round will not be honoured.
7. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on 34ok. Engaging in any of them may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.
Money Laundering
Using 34ok to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds that are derived from unlawful activity constitutes money laundering and is strictly prohibited. 34ok complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and will file reports with the relevant authorities where legally required.
Fraud and Chargebacks
Attempting to reverse, dispute, or charge back any deposit made to 34ok through your payment provider is considered fraudulent behaviour. 34ok reserves the right to recover any funds subject to a chargeback from any remaining account balance and to permanently close the account of any player who initiates an unjustified chargeback.
Automated Play and Software Exploitation

Scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, or third-party technical failures (including those affecting bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or game providers) may temporarily affect platform availability. 34ok will make reasonable efforts to restore service promptly and to communicate planned downtime in advance wherever possible.
10. Amendments and Governing Law

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the platform after any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be interpreted and enforced in accordance with generally accepted principles of online gaming law.
